Katrenia Collins

   Judge Katrenia Collins is the Managing Attorney of her self-titled law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Adult Guardianship and Conservatorship and Small Business Formation. With a combination of 35 plus years of experience in estate planning, probate matters, business formation and personal financial planning. Katrenia takes pride in assisting a wide range of clientele to build and preserve wealth for themselves and the next generation. She utilizes her knowledge of business, economics, finance, insurance, investments, taxes, and the law to advise clients and prepare their wills, trusts, estate planning documents and assist clients in probate, guardianship and probate matters.

    Katrenia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Spelman College, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and a Juris Doctor Degree and Master of Science degree with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning from Georgia State University College of Law and J. Mack Robinson College of Business, respectively. 

    Katrenia is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and its Fiduciary Law Section, Past Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Estate Planning & Probate, the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
